Dedes began in 1998 with a single waterfront kitchen, a Greek family, and a stubborn belief that the table should slow the world down. Twenty-eight years on, we're still that family — only the views have multiplied.
Across seven venues from Woolwich Dock to the Sydney CBD, we cook the way we eat at home. Sea-fresh, generous, never rushed. Some plates carry the salt of the harbour. Others carry the sun of Greece. All of them are meant for sharing.
